La duración aproximada de las clases es de 45 minutos
No proporcionamos material para las clases. Cada participante debe disponer de una esterilla de yoga o una toalla de yoga si se trata de las clases de respiración, relajación o body/mind, que se realizan con ropa cómoda (no hace falta que sea deportiva). Podemos encargar vuestro material customizado con el logo de la empresa.
INFORMACIÓN PRÁCTICA PARA LAS CLASES DE MINDFULNESS EN EMPRESAS
El mindfulness empresarial puede practicarse en salas de reuniones, salas de conferencias, salas de juntas, bibliotecas e incluso en las sillas de la oficina.
Nuestras clases de mindfulness corporativo no requieren experiencia previa, tan sólo ropa cómoda y un espacio de 1m x 2m aprox. para cada participante (en el caso de clases de y mindfulness con esterilla).
Si no dispones de espacio, nos encargamos de la gestión integral para que encuentres la localización perfecta (hoteles, terrazas, jardines, espacios de coworking, lugares con encanto), ya sea para practicar business mindfulness indoors o outdoors.
¿Cuántas personas pueden participar? Aconsejamos un máximo de 30 personas para un seguimiento y atención individualizadas, aunque los grupos más numerosos son bienvenidos.
